Sephora Spring VIB Sale – My Shopping List

I love when Sephora has sales. But I also hate it because I usually spend too much! Lots of companies had Easter sales over the weekend. Luckily, I held back 😀

As a VIB Rouge, I can get 15% off. I believe VIB’s will also get 15% off, but different days, and regular Beauty Insiders will get 10%.

These sales are a good time to get those higher priced items you might be afraid to splurge on. I like to stock up on staple items I know I will need to get soon.

Below is my shopping list for the sale. Let me know in the comments if you plan on getting anything!

Kat Von D – Tattoo Liner in Trooper – $20

Holy Grail staple liquid liner. Super excited for KVD to release the matte version too!

Sephora Collection – Frosted Light- The Voyager – $15

This small makeup bag is adorable, and it’s Holographic! I was eyeing the larger ones too, but they’ve already sold out. This one is already on sale from $28, so double deal!

Dr Jart+ Dermask Micro Jet Clearing Solution – $9

I’ve been dying to try this mask because it’s specifically for breakouts. My skin has been crazy lately, so I’m hoping this will work out well.

Make Up For Ever – Chromatic Mix Water Base – Black – $14

These have been on my list forever. Mix-in drops that adjust the tone of your foundation for a perfect match. They are currently sold out of every color BUT black. I plan on getting the white and blue in the future to lighten and cool. Not sure what Black will do to foundations, but I plan on using this for SFX/Avant Garde looks.

Sunday Riley – Good Genes All-in-One Lactic Acid Treatment – $105-158

I know what you’re thinking, that price tag is outrageous! Sunday Riley makes crazy awesome products. They are all pretty expensive though… Definitely get samples before shelling out the cash. I had purchased this set in the last sale and got a taste of how amazing Good Genes is. I can’t really explain it, but it made my face look SO AMAZING. Like, everyday turned into a good skin day. I tried to get a cheaper Lactic Acid serum from The Ordinary, but it just wasn’t the same. Sunday Riley is good for sale-splurging. I also really love their facial oils.

Boscia Exfoliating Peel Gel – $34

I’ve been using a deluxe sample of this for a while. It’s a chemical and physical exfoliant, but still rather gentle if you have sensitive skin. The product itself is kinda weird the way it balls up on the skin, but it makes my face insanely soft after using it! They have a new Charcoal version of the same product, but the reviews on that one are iffy. I compared the ingredients and this one has more plant based extracts and oils.

Sephora Collection – Lip Balm and Scrub in Honey – $6

If you don’t exfoliate your lips, you’re living your life wrong! This one has tiny bits in it to scrub your lips, but in the convenience of a regular lip balm tube. Similar to the Tarte Lip Facial Scrub, but the Tarte one has larger scrubby bits and its much oilier. This Sephora one is little easier to use and its $10 cheaper! Win-win.

Do you plan on getting anything in the sale? Let me know in the comments!
